Kate has been a licensed California Realtor since 1999, specializing in Land Acquisition in the Eastern Coachella Valley and selling over 12,000 acres to date. She has had the opportunity to work with some remarkable developers who develop new, innovative communities. This has given Kate tremendous opportunities for learning and understanding how best to represent and sell property.
Kate lives with her husband and two beautiful children in La Quinta and enjoys everything that the Coachella Valley has to offer, from the weather to the wonderful people she has had the opportunity to meet.

I moved here to the Palm Springs area in late 1988. I had been coming here from San Francisco Bay area on vacations. I wanted to get in the Real Estate business and I decided that the great weather, availability of cheap land and abundance of water was a combination impossible to beat.
